I would highly recommend training with Sara. You can always count on a challenging workout, but Sara makes it fun & enjoyable. I have been able to increase weights and intensity over time, thanks to her. She’s very meticulous in tailoring each training session to target each individual, including using innovative methods. Sara always makes sure that you use proper form and are “feeling it” in the right places. I have significant change in definition go the muscles in my back, arms, shoulders & chest. Although I have chronic injury to me knee, Sara has been able to work around it and improve my legs and butt as well. I’m 51 and in the best shape of my life! I find it rewarding to train with Sara
